Deleting your
account.
You’re in control of your account and the work you keep.
Before you begin
Deleting your account removes your account, designs, palettes, progress and active sessions from the cloud. Export anything you want to keep first.
Delete in the app
- Open the Account tab.
- Choose Delete account and enter your password.
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
Request deletion by email
You can also request deletion without reinstalling the app. Email hello@sperring.software from your account email address with the subject “Account deletion”. We verify ownership before deleting records.
About backups
Backups expire within 7 days. Operator: SSC Ltd.
